Ordering
Before you go to the secure online order form make sure that you have the following information ready :
All the necessary measurements for your garment.
Your choice of fabric and colour.
All prices are in GB Pounds.
Payment will be requested prior to cutting out.
Postage will be included in price.
Delivery is usually 4 weeks from receipt of your order.
An email or postcard will be sent to you confirming your order.
Ways to pay
Credit cards - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta.
Sterling cheques - made payable to Firemore outdoor clothing company.
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the finished garment, we will either alter it, make a replacement or give you a full refund, as long as it is returned to us in unworn condition within fourteen days of receipt.
